For those of you that are Rotarians, you know the 4-way test.  For the rest of you, these are great tools for everyday thinking.  My last issue of the Rotarian had a letter wishing that those in Washington DC would govern using the 4 way test.  If this happened, the partisan bickering would be over and we would get something done.  What do you think?
