Stupid thing of the week? When is a tie not a tie? This is a perfect example of stupid people in charge and making stupid decisions because they have a little power. (this is not a local story) You know these kind of people, your worst nightmare. Here is a guy who wears a bolo tie (note that the word tie is in the name?) to graduation that requires a tie and he is denied a diploma because it is deemed by stupid staffers to not be a tie?
