Moment of Silence Please.
Pierre Zaldua, Chef at Gervasoni’s passed away and last week many in
town celebrated his life. Pierre was one of the
most interesting characters in our local food community. We were fortunate to have spent time with Pierre earlier this year
when our food editor Rick Serpa interviewed Chef Pierre for our July
ModestoView magazine. You can
