Gregori High School WHEN: Friday, August 30, at 6:45 p.m. WHERE: Joseph A. Gregori High School, 3701 Pirrone Road, Modesto INFO: Modesto City Schools will honor and celebrate local coaching legend Don Lanphear at the Don Lanphear Stadium Dedication. Lanphear won six Central California Conference Championships, and was a six-time California Conference Football Coach of the Year, three-time Modesto Bee District Football Coach of the Year, District 6 Educator of the Year in 2001, and the recipient of the Sportsmen of Stanislaus Outstanding Athletic Association Darrell Phillips Award in 2004. Please note, the dedication will take place between the junior varsity and varsity football games and the regular admission fee of $6 for adults, and $4 for students and seniors, applies.
