The bar at Surla’s is one of the most romantic in town, the red lights, the great selections, excellent bartenders and a drink menu that won’t quit. This month Surla’s has created a special drink called the Hot DoGood Ponché. Amanda Spinnato and Andrea Ramirez are mixing up some of our local favorite Birchwood Whiskey in an amazing warm concoction that will warm up your romantic evening for these still quite chilly February evenings. I am sure that this will lead to a wonderful dinner and evening, as a cocktail at Surla’s is a romantic winner. Love is Surla’s.

Simple Syrup
Warm unfiltered apple juice
Lemon Juice
Finish off with Grand Marnier
