“It’s 5am Somewhere”

For this new year, we are really mixing it up. Normally Happy Hour is in the afternoon, but our friends at Ralston’s Goat are delivering a Happy Morning to you. What better way to get going on a weekend than a tasty breakfast in a glass. Sean Koehn, chief intoxicant at The Goat takes a couple of our favorite morning tastes and mixes it with an amazing Modesto-distilled Do Good Distillery California Bourbon and teams it up with your best breakfast ingredients. “I always wanted to make a bourbon cocktail for the mornings, so bacon was the answer” he explains. So start your winter mornings right with this tasty treat.

Make this at your own house
2 oz smoked Applewood bacon infused Do Good California Bourbon
1/4 ounce Vermont maple syrup
A dash of bitters
Muddle orange peel
Garnish with orange peel.
Now you have a wonderful breakfast cocktail
