Flying Blind is creeping up the
charts nationwide. They are in the top 10 in Chicago at Q101.
Smokescreen is being played in other new markets such as Cleveland
on WKDD mostly in the evening.
Flying Blind draws many fans to
Autograph signings. Stockton's Tower Records, Modesto's Heritage
Ford, and Modesto' Wherehouse all had huge crowds turn out
to get a peek at the band.
We have a new Rock Station on the air. Rock
96.7 is blasting the airwaves. Hard, fast, classic
and local rock will be heard on this fine station that is
programmed by Max Miller and Jack Paper.
The CD Tragedy by Feed is selling
well. It is great to see local bands get some airtime.
Latin tinged favorite Hollopoynt
is auditioning new lead singers. They need a solid front for
their blistering back end.
Sister 7 played to a packed house
in Modesto. This just goes to show that when you bring a hot
act to town, give them some radio promotion, the show will
be a hit.
