with you, and also
let you know about our next upcoming show.
On Saturday, March 24th, we won four seperate awards at the
3rd Anniversary

each other. All
the bands nominated and winning were voted on by all of the
members of each
band, which makes the awards mean so much more, as they are
voted on by our
peers. We were lucky enough to win:
"Best Website" - Thanks Adam.
"Best Bassist" - Shout out ot EVAN!!!
"Best CD - Structured"
"Best Band" - wow
New Fan Club
New band, N20 has a new fan club. From their debut at P. Wexfords
on St. Paddy's, they have a new fan base. Cool huh? Listen
to their MP3s on ModestoView. Email N20 at
Also, from the N20 scene, bassist Dave Mundy also does double
duty in the band Spellbound. That is a lot of work.
Built Breaks Bones
Also from the Bass Tales, Built bassist, Evan has broken his
ankle during some Dirty Duck skydiving. All gigs are off right
now. Built singer Bryan says he will keep us posted.
National Airplay
Flying Blind is still climbing up the charts. Their national
airplay is getting stronger and their music is being heard
all over the country.
On more Flying Blind notes, you should hear the new music
that the band is creating. New songs like Another Day are
mesmerizing. You heard those live at the CD release party.
The Rock House
Yes Charlie's has reopened, but it is under new ownership
and is now called The Rock House. We have been open since
march 9th on Fridays and Saturdays. The club is all ages and
does not sell any alcohol yet. We plan on getting a beer bar

Vinnie Smith Notes.
The new radio station, THE PLANET, has been very good to Vinni
Smith,
giving his music a little airplay, and featuring him during
yesterday's
LIVE REMOTE at the Stage Door in Oakdale (Sunday, March 18th).
The Stage
Door has also gotten behind Vinni in a big way, promoting
him with free
T-Shirts, banners and radio advertisments. Limosine service
to and from
the Stage Door when Vinni has been performing has been a great
perk.......he says all of his neighbors are wondering about
that REALLY
LONG limo that has been coming to his front door!
