This is a Velvet Jazz band alert. Go out and support all kinds of music. "We have a new CD finished and will be out in about 2 weeks. We will be playing at the Oakdale Brewing Co. on April 14, 02 at 2-5pm. Come join us" Thanks, Elsie Merenda (jmerenda@softcom.net)

HoneySpot is released their new CD on April 4. Adam Donald is excited about the new disc.

Flying Blind's new disk is called Time To Go. Love to See you Cry is getting airplay on B93.1. Other great tracks are Another Day, Interesting Man and Smile. They will have their CD release party in Mid May here in Modesto.

The musical trio Home Grown leaves for Kurume Japan on Easter Sunday with the Sister City group of 33 Modesto diplomats to celebrate Modesto's 10th anniversary as a sister city with Kurume. Home Grown will introduce their new CD to a Japanese audience in concert with the Bridgestone Orchestra on Wednesday April 6th. Lots of Beatle tunes, Eagles, Crosby Stills and Nash and of course some Home Grown flavor thrown in.

Hello Everyone! I'm not sure if all of you know, but there is a AOL group devoted to Waterneck. It's completely fan based and ran. It has been up since last summer but hasn't seem much activity. I plan on changing that. But only with your help. We currently only have 9 members, and could use many more! The group is very simular to this one, you can post, add events, post pictures, and just get to know WN fans alot better. If you are interested in joining go to http://groups.aol.com/waterneckfans and join! You don't have to be an AOL member to join, just an AOL screen name which is free. I plan on getting the group up and going and need help! If this sounds interesting to you join and help out! Below is the most recent post in the group. Please let me know if you can help by joining!
