MIstlin Gallery Renovations Complete

ModestoView loves local art and the artists that create these works.

The newly renovated Mistlin Gallery, walls repainted with a light color and the grids have been removed to make way for a new wire hanging system is now open again with a nice debut on Jan 21. It has a great new feel and thanks to the dedication of the art community and the special support of the Tony Mistlin family, Modesto has a great new updated art gallery.

Central California Art Association at Mistlin Gallery presents Art in the Family Show from January 21 – February 28. Art in the Family will display and celebrate the sharing of skills within families and across generations. Multi generational family groups will display arts such as stain glass windows, paintings and children’s art. The Art Walk reception is February 20 from 5:00 – 9:00 pm with refreshments. Selected artists will display jewelry, ceramics and gift items as part of a trunk sale

Gallery hours are Tuesday-Friday from 11:30 to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday noon to 4:00 p.m. Admission is free and parking is validated at the 11th Street parking garage.
