WalkAMileView – Stop Domestic Violence

WalkaMileView
By Chris Murphy

We have no use for spousal abuse. This is something that we all must stand up against and prevent sexual abuse of any kind. We must support those that protect our most vulnerable in our community. The Haven Women’s Center does work that is literally life saving in the most dangerous times. Women need a safe place to get away and feel safe.

This is why Sierra Pacific and ModestoView are Walking a Mile in Her Shoes. Men from all walks of life will be wearing bright red pumps to show solidarity that we have no use for abuse. The ModestoView Team will be out walking to raise money for Haven. We hope that you will dig down deep and support our team. We will be walking Saturday morning, April 6. Please make a quick contribution so we can make a difference. Plus, I am sure you get a good laugh watching men struggle to do what women do all day long. Tell a friend too.
