AcousticView – Local Troubadours

AcousticView By Matty Comer Wow, I can’t believe August is already upon us! We have been so busy lately, that nobodyseems to have the time and take a nice long deep breath.

The Modesto Music scene is incredible friends and I have this soundtrack of our local troubadours coursing through my mind all the time. We, as The A.R.S., have made a conscious decision to only play local music at our shows. Everything you hear before, during, and after our shows is consistently our own talent!

We encourage people to ask who that artist was, and where anyone can find access to his or her music. Who ever the musician might be from Big Earl’s LOW CASH BLUE’S to that old Oakdale boy Willy Tea singing about that old Ford van, the storytellers and songwriters truly amaze me as well as most who lend a ear to listen.
