ZenView – Happy

ZenView By Mary Layton Happy in Modesto So far this has been a super active year for most everyone I talked to. Lots of positive changes but of course, there are always life’s hurdles and dramas. How do we stay happy and healthy, how do we balance out the ups and downs? There are so many nice things going on in our own community. Talented art teachers who offer a variety of painting and drawing classes for all levels. There is sewing, cooking, crafts and all sorts of outside activities. There are many wonderful, terrifically patient and kind music and voice teachers. Lots of different types of exercise classes that are challenging in a total sort of way. What they all have in common is that they improve the quality of our lives. They help to bring out our spirit and stimulate the creative part of our brains. Somehow we feel happier – for at least an hour or two we forget our problems and the daily grind. We walk away feeling rejuvenated and inspired. We also may meet new people, make new connections. This is truly an investment of time and effort with a healthy return that you can count on. For more info go to : taichi4modesto.com or call (209)572-4518
