New Coffee Shop on 10th Street!
For over a decade, we have waited for something to go in to the old Starbucks on the corner of 10th and K. There’s been a lot of work to bring the popular Con Azucar Café and bakery with giant conchas and exotic coffees to Modesto, and the waiting has been the hardest part. They have many locations in California and it will be good to finally have this long-vacant space operating. It will be a nice fresh addition to downtown Modesto.
