Greetings from ModestoView | 12-31-2018

ModestoView News Letter

Greetings Friends!

It is truly a festive season this time of year as we settle down from Christmas Day to ushering in the New Year.  There are a million ways to celebrate, but most importantly, do it with people you love and you will have a great time. From a midnight concert to dinner for two, there is something special for everyone.   I’ll be celebrating with a nice dinner with my wife enjoying one last meal at Minnie’s before they close the kitchen and then, who knows, it’s a new year and the options are endless.

Our ace editor Middagh Goodwin has prepared a nice top 10 list of things you can do tonight to usher in 2019.  Also, check out your regular spots like Ralston’s Goat and Tresetti’s as they have New Years events planned too.

I and all of us at the ModestoView Crew wish you a Happy New Year and wish peace and prosperity to all as we work together to make our community the best ever.  Thank you for being a part of a positive Modesto. #modestousa

Happy New Year!
Chris Murphy

BrewView: Get your Cocktail On with Fresh Victor

By Brandilyn Brown & Christopher Mitchell

We love a good cocktail, and what makes a cocktail brag-worthy are the ingredients! Of course fresh is best, local is great, and a mish-mash of flavors is what we look for, but not everyone has time to create a delicious cocktail from scratch and that’s ok! We still have the answer for you. Read More
