As our community prepares for the upcoming primary election on June 2, now is the time to make sure your voice is heard. Voting is the most powerful way to shape the future of our neighborhoods, schools, local economy, and public safety. Every ballot cast represents a voice in decisions that directly impact our daily lives.

In California, eligible residents can register to vote until May 15 and participate in the June primary election. Whether you are registering for the first time or updating your information, the process is quick and accessible. Register here and also check your registration status: registertovote.ca.gov/
You can also stop by your local Registrar of Voters office at 1021 I Street, Suite 101 in Modesto.

Don’t delay. Mail in early and avoid any potential mail delays. All ballots are mailed to you and can be dropped in the mail on or before June 2nd or dropped at one of the convenient drop box locations around the county found here:

Don’t know who to vote for? All candidates have a heavy online presence and are hosting events around the community that you can meet the candidate to learn more about them. Just look them up on line.
