Hope Haven Needs You

Volunteers Needed-Help Build Wheelchairs

December 1st through 3rd – Hope Haven West will be hosting a service extravaganza from 8:00am till 4:00pm daily. They anticipate four organized warehouse spaces, a hundred or more refurbished specialty chairs, rehab equipment and wheelchairs cleaned – wrapped – and packaged for shipping, parts arranged for an assembly line for the Hope Haven Kids chair. Subsequent work days will be scheduled for the assembly of 500 Hope Haven Kids chairs – the workhorse of their distribution projects. Hope Haven did eight wheelchair distributions in 2022, their record, most recently in Guanajuato. Next distribution is Nov 5 – 11 with more opportunities to serve in 2023 in Mexico, El Salvador, Mongolia and others. Doing these trips will change your life.
